BPPL Holdings PLC’s wholly owned subsidiary, Beira Brush (Private) Limited has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement with Ravi Industries Limited to transfer RIL’s customer base, trademark rights and related intellectual property. The transfer carries a minimum consideration of Rs. 300 million payable over five years.

The transaction will enable BPPL to unlock synergies and cost efficiencies, integrating production and manufacturing for RIL’s customers at Beira Brush’s existing manufacturing facilities.

The acquisition is expected to position Beira Brush among the largest manufacturers of industrial brushware in Asia, whilst proving access to the European and Middle Eastern markets.
